Service Description
If you need a single session for guidance, support, strategy or a quick MOT/Life Wellness Check, then this is for you. During our time, we'll talk through your goals and tension points, and identify some strategies for you to adopt. We'll focus on articulating where you are and where you want to get to, because most things are easier to work through once you have the language for what's on your heart. Once we gain clarity, we'll discuss some options and create a unique strategy that you can adopt to help you achieve your goals. If you're looking for regular sessions, and deeper work, then one of our packages may be better value for money.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling an entire package before the first scheduled session. 24 hours’ notice must be given, and a refund will be issued for the paid amount minus a 20% administration fee. - If cancelling a package once it has commenced the cost per remaining sessions will be calculated minus a 20% administration fee. - For any missed sessions, or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a refund will not be available. - If cancellation is due to an unusual extenuating circumstance, refunds may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. - Note: this policy does not include rescheduled sessions. 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule a session, or it will be classed as a cancelled session.
