Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms Full payment is due no later than Friday, 6th June 2025. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. If payment is not received by the deadline, your place may be offered to someone else. 2. Event Cancellation We will always aim to run the retreat as planned. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event if there are not enough sign-ups to make it viable. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs you may have incurred (e.g. travel). 3. Refund Policy You may cancel your place up to 30 days before the retreat (by Wednesday, 28th May 2025) for a full refund. After that, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the organisers. Any requests for refunds must be made in writing (email is fine). 4. Dietary Requirements We will be providing a fully catered experience, including meals prepared by a private chef. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements by Friday, 6th June 2025. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 5. Personal Responsibility You attend the retreat at your own risk. The organisers cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Please ensure you have adequate personal insurance if needed (especially for travel or valuable items). 6. Code of Conduct This is a safe, respectful space for women of faith to rest, connect, and grow. We ask all attendees to show kindness, grace, and respect to one another, the venue staff, and guest speakers. The organisers reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the retreat if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. 7. Changes to the Programme We aim to deliver all advertised elements of the retreat, but we may need to make adjustments to the schedule, speakers, or sessions if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible and will not impact the overall experience. 8. Photos & Media - We may take photos and videos during the retreat for future marketing or social media use. By attending the retreat, you give your consent to be photographed and filmed unless you notify us in advance. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know by email before the retreat.
