Service Description
If you're not sure if coaching is for you, if we'd be a good fit, or anything else, start here. Our programs are not generic tools for everyone because everyone is different; connection is key! In fact we encourage all our clients to have a discovery call because we want to be a good fit for our clients.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling an entire package before the first scheduled session. 24 hours’ notice must be given, and a refund will be issued for the paid amount minus a 20% administration fee. - If cancelling a package once it has commenced the cost per remaining sessions will be calculated minus a 20% administration fee. - For any missed sessions, or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a refund will not be available. - If cancellation is due to an unusual extenuating circumstance, refunds may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. - Note: this policy does not include rescheduled sessions. 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule a session, or it will be classed as a cancelled session.
